"St. Louis Honda continues to go above and beyond what I would expect from a dealership on the service side. We have to drive about 20 minutes to get there, but it's worth the extra time. Not only are the customer service people friendly, considerate and up front, but each time we go back, they've made some kind of improvement. The most recent time, to my GREAT surprise, they have remodeled the waiting room (again) and have added a room just for kids! It has a flat panel TV that was tuned to a kids TV station, two comfortable tables and benches, and a ton of toys, coloring books and markers and crayons. My 5 and 2 year old were so excited. I was dreading that particular wait, because it was raining outside and most times I take the kids out in the lot while we're waiting. The time went so fast my kids were sad to have to go. St. Louis Honda exceeds all my expectations and each time I buy a car, I will buy it there." |

"I recently had our RX330 serviced at the Manchester shop. David Cordner was the Service Consultant. He was courteous, informative and knowledgeable. I once owned an automotive repair shop and I can attest that David gave me good advice in the correctness of the services that he recommended.
I was most impressed by David's actions in going into the shop to speak with the Technician about my car and reporting to me several times as work progressed. He was sincere in giving good customer-care. The wash and interior cleaning was a nice (final touch) in creating this (good experience). Beck Conley was prompt in her follow-up contact, but we were not available at the time of her call.
I'm sure all of this was representative of the implementation of sound policies, procedures and practices that you have established at this dealership, Ray and of David's personal initiative.
It was a pleasant experience all around. Kudos to David for a job well done, and to the Tech who performed the work." |

Since I am a 3-time Lexus owner (all through your dealership), it should be no surprise that I have become accustomed to excellent service for my vehicles. I have pretty much dealt with David Cordner throughout my Lexus history. David has never failed me in any way. He has always been accommodating and worked with my schedule.
However, my recent experience with David was "off the charts!" My wife's beloved RX300 became "sick" and was near death. Working closely with David, we were able to save her "baby" and now intend to drive it another 100,000 miles at least. Had it not been for David's persistence, I don't think the car would have been saved.
Besides the final successful outcome, David stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process and I never felt out of the loop. David is always confident and reassuring and needless to say, I am hooked on his brand of service as well as your company's.
As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find "good help!" In your case, you appear to have surrounded yourself with many good employees and I put David at the top of that pile." |
